Each issue includes summary statements, notices and tenant/owner receipts.

In case our company, in addition to the issue of common charges, has in the building the external management, it follows the recent legislation on printing common charges based on the Government Gazette 874/11-04-13 no.1 and Government Gazette 2044/22-08-13 no.88.

Brief description of the public utility bills issuing service:

For the calculation of common charges the manager-representative contacts our company every month and informs us about the monthly expenses The issue of common charges includes per issue:

● Two (2) summary statements,

● one (1) notice for each apartment,

● two (2) collection receipts for each apartment.

● It is possible to send you a special expense recording form via email, which you fill in with the expenses and send us an updated form in an email that we will indicate to you and which is linked to our computer system.

Delivery of the common charges is made in two to three working days after they have been issued.

Upon delivery of the common charges, you pay the installment of the annual package or the price of the issue and our distributor delivers the service receipt to you.

For residences located outside of Attica, there is an option to print and send your expenses either by email or courier at your own expense.

The service refers to apartment buildings, residential complexes and commercial properties and our company holds certified special software for calculating common charges.
