Our company is a modern Greek company of Integrated Health, Safety, Security, Management and Technical Maintenance Services for buildings.

Unidomus reliably undertakes, on behalf of all Health Care Enterprises, the preparation and implementation of the Health and Safety Certification File, which makes a company certified and fully harmonized with: the general Health legislation and the specific HACCP legislation, the Fire Department of the Ministry of Civil Protection and other Public Control and Licensing Organizations.

In addition, giving due attention and care to residential buildings, unique discounted maintenance packages are available for the basic services of the apartment building (such as common charges, disinfection, fire extinguishers, boiler maintenance, etc.)

The overall operation of Unidomus is governed by the principles reflected in the Quality Management System (QMS). The Q.M.S. is based on the requirements and specifications defined by the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

The basic philosophy and primary objective of Unidomus, through the implementation of the quality management system, is to provide quality services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

The main objectives of the Q.M.S. are:

  • The continuous improvement of the services provided, as well as the overall operation of the QMS.
  • To comply with the legislation and regulatory requirements governing the activity of our company and to systematically monitor compliance.
  • Full compliance with contractual obligations.

The achievement of the above is determined through the key processes of the Q.M.S. , which define actions such as:

  • Systematic monitoring of the effectiveness of the system through annual reviews by management, internal audits, etc.
  • The clear identification of customer requirements.
  • The continuous monitoring of supplier performance.
  • Ensuring the competence of employees through continuous training.
  • The documented and continuous monitoring and measurement of the degree of customer satisfaction and the recording of any suggestions or complaints.
  • Ensuring the necessary resources for its effective operation.
  • The documented search for the causes of problems and weaknesses in order to determine and implement the necessary corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
  • Risk assessment and effectiveness control.

The overall implementation of the principles of the system is ensured through continuous information and training of staff at all levels, with the main objective of creating awareness of the objectives and philosophy of the system.

All staff are called upon to strictly adhere to the above and the Quality Manager to monitor the implementation of this policy. This Policy shall be reviewed annually.
